The HEC Central Library is the intellectual heart of the campus, providing a serene, fully air-conditioned learning haven. It houses an extensive repository of text books, reference treatises, national/international journals, encyclopedias, and digital databases catering to commerce, management, computer science, biotechnology, agriculture, humanities, and nursing.

Classrooms at HEC are ergonomically designed lecture theatres equipped with interactive smart boards, multimedia projectors, high-definition audio systems, and high-speed Wi-Fi connectivity. This technology-enabled setup fosters collaborative discussions, multimedia presentations, and remote expert lectures.

HEC maintains 4 state-of-the-art computer labs outfitted with the latest Intel Core i7/i9 processors, dedicated graphics cards, dual-monitor workstations, and high-speed 1 Gbps dedicated lease-line internet. The labs run licensed development IDEs, database servers, virtualization environments, and cloud toolkits.

The central air-conditioned auditorium is a crown jewel of HEC campus infrastructure. Equipped with state-of-the-art acoustic wall treatments, motorized stage curtains, intelligent stage lighting, line-array sound systems, and dual 4K projection screens, it hosts annual fests, convocation ceremonies, national conferences, and celebrity talks.

Our science and healthcare laboratories are equipped with research-grade analytical instruments, including PCR thermocyclers, laminar air flows, spectrophotometers, binocular microscopes, autoclave units, cooling centrifuges, and clinical simulation models for nursing.

The HEC campus cafeteria is a vibrant, spotlessly clean dining pavilion offering nutritious breakfast, lunch, fresh juices, hot coffee, and snacks. Managed under strict hygiene and food safety guidelines (FSSAI), it provides a refreshing environment for students and faculty to relax and socialize.

HEC operates a dedicated fleet of modern, GPS-monitored buses and vans covering extensive routes across Haridwar, Roorkee, Rishikesh, Bahadrabad, Laksar, and adjoining regions. Driven by experienced, verified chauffeurs, the service ensures safe and punctual transit for day-scholar students and faculty.

Student health and physical well-being are paramount at HEC. The on-campus dispensary is staffed with a resident nursing attendant and visiting medical practitioner, equipped with essential emergency medicines, oxygen concentrators, ECG machines, and dedicated tie-ups with leading super-speciality hospitals in Haridwar.

HEC offers separate, fully furnished on-campus residential hostels for boys and girls. Supervised by round-the-clock resident wardens and security personnel, the hostels offer a home-away-from-home atmosphere with clean rooms, study halls, recreation zones, gymnasium, and hygienic dining mess.
