Tuition and institutional fees must be deposited strictly on or before the notified semester dates. Late fee fines apply post the grace period.

Fee refund requests following seat cancellation are processed strictly in accordance with UGC norms and affiliating university refund guidelines based on the withdrawal date relative to the official admission closure date.

Caution money/security deposit is refundable after completion of the course upon obtaining a complete No-Dues clearance from library, labs, accounts, and departmental stores.

All disputes and legal claims are subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Haridwar, Uttarakhand.
