Merit-Based Academic Scholarship
Eligibility: Awarded to candidates scoring 85%+ aggregate marks in qualifying 10+2 or Graduation examinations.
Criteria: Applicable on first-year tuition fee with renewal based on university semester CGPA performance.
Uttarakhand Domicile & Hill Region Concession
Eligibility: Permanent residents of Uttarakhand and hilly border regions seeking higher education.
Criteria: Valid Domicile certificate required at time of admission.
Beti Padhao, Beti Badhao (Girl Child Empowerment)
Eligibility: Dedicated to female applicants to promote higher education and career leadership among women.
Criteria: Available across all undergraduate and postgraduate streams.
Defence & Paramilitary Martyrs / Wards Scholarship
Eligibility: Children of Indian Armed Forces, Paramilitary, and Police personnel (serving or retired).
Criteria: Service certificate / discharge book copy required.
Sports & Cultural Excellence Scholarship
Eligibility: State, National, and International level medalists in recognized sports and cultural events.
Criteria: Valid certificates issued by authorized sports federations/associations.
Single Parent / Sibling Discount Scheme
Eligibility: Students raised by single mothers or siblings concurrently enrolled at HEC.
Criteria: Relevant documentation verified by Admissions Committee.
