Rules & Regulations

A minimum of 75% attendance in theory lectures and practical laboratories is mandatory to be eligible for university end-semester examinations as per University guidelines.

Students must wear their official HEC Student Identity Card visibly around their neck at all times on campus, in labs, library, and during examinations.

Students are expected to adhere to the prescribed institutional uniform and maintain decorum. Modest, professional attire is mandatory during academic hours.

HEC is a strictly tobacco-free, alcohol-free, and plastic-free campus. Littering, smoking, chewing tobacco, or defacing institutional property will attract heavy disciplinary penalties.

Mobile phones must remain in silent mode during lectures, laboratory sessions, library visits, and seminars unless explicitly authorized for academic activities.

Any recourse to unfair means (UFM), malpractice, impersonation, or possession of unauthorized materials during internal or university exams will result in severe penal action.
